Our Home Learning policy sets out a routine for students to follow to ensure that all students progress with literacy, oracy, digital skills and that independence is developed.
Reading Home Learning
One piece of directed reading per week
Accessed on TEAMS and via our web site.
Students must:
Read the text utilising the microphone function.
Read the auto-generated feedback.
Complete the PCAS feedback form on TEAMS.
Curriculum Home Learning
Two pieces of directed curriculum work per week
Accessed on TEAMS
Students must:
Complete the task set.
Submit via TEAMS (this can be a photo of written work)
Read the corrections and feedback.

There are a variety of products being used (login instructions are below and also on the school website):
Microsoft TEAMS – Can be used via the TEAMS application or through a web browser
Username: school email address.
Password: school network password.
EdClass – Individual login required. Mainly used for Key Stage 3 students.
SchoolID: radcliffe
Username: First name followed by surname with no gaps (capitals on the first letter of first name and surname i.e. AbigailDavies)
Password – Student date of birth (e.g. students born on the 12th March 2009 the password would be 12032009.
GCSEpod – Individual login required. Mainly used for Key Stage 4 students.
Username: School email address.
Password: If students have never used their account please click on ‘forgotten password’ to generate a new one.
Seneca Learning – Individual login required. Used for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Username: School email address.
Password: These are set up by the students as they create their accounts.
Microsoft Forms – Individual links need to be used. Details can be found on the website. Used for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Username: School network login.
Password: School network password.
Corbett Maths – No login required. Used primarily for Years 9 to 11.
Linguascope – School login required (students have been issued with this). Used for Years 7-9 French and German.
thisislanguage.com – Individual login required. Individual links need to be used. Used for Key Stage 4 French/German.
