Welcome to The Radcliffe School
Why join our team?
Our staff team is our greatest asset and our vision of ‘Building Bright Futures Together to Inspire and Achieve’ applies to our staff as much as it does to our students. At The Radcliffe School, we believe that nurturing, growing and developing our staff team enables us to work closely together to better support the progress of our students.
The majority of our senior team have developed their careers at The Radcliffe School, starting as main scale teachers or middle leaders and progressing to senior leadership, Deputy and Headteacher and so, are determined to provide opportunities for everyone to further their careers. Whether you are teaching staff or support staff, we will support your development at whatever stage you are in your career and to wherever you would like to take it.
Working with young people is not an easy task and working in any school will be challenging at times. One of our school’s main aims is to provide a supportive environment where staff well-being is prioritised. With the help of our staff well-being working party, we are working together to find different ways to constantly improve and support staff well-being.
We are a relatively small community school and because of this, we value the relationships we have with our entire community. We believe that getting to know our students is the key to successful students and this is true for our staff too.
If you would like to join The Radcliffe School staff team, you would like to find out more information or visit the school, please contact reception on 01908 682222.
