Head Teacher’s Welcome
Our relatively small school and House System enables us to get to know students as individuals which enables us to work together with families to realise each child’s full potential. Our Houses enable students to feel part of a smaller community and provide students with opportunities to work as part of a team.
We have high expectations of ourselves and our community and always strive to constantly innovate to build on what has been achieved and provide the best educational experiences for our students. Our new digital strategy has enabled us to provide our students and staff with iPads to support learning and progress in every subject area and enables our students to develop their digital literacy and vital life-long employability skills.
In addition to curriculum and subject knowledge, our curriculum and extra-curricular provision also focusses on students being able to develop personal skills such as Leadership, Organisation, Resilience, Initiative and Communication which we all know as LORIC.
As a school, we are committed to serving our diverse community, recognising the multi-cultural, multi-faith and ever changing nature of the modern Britain we live in. Our CLEAR values for Conduct, Learning, Environment, Awareness and Relationships enable our entire community to work together, respect and celebrate each person as an individual.
I hope you find everything you need on our website, but if you would like further information please contact our Reception.
